
IWIH's foundation is based on friendships brought together through a career in hospitality, travel and tourism. Whether you are a waitress, housekeeping attendant, bartender, sales manager, linen provider, airline attendant or an executive… we are bonded through our dedication to great customer service. It gives us a reason to get together once a month, clink our glasses together and enjoy getting to know one another. If you miss the get-together for one month, don’t stress. When you are in hospitality, the one things you can count on is change and things come up! Just come to the next one! Here in Orlando, we are hospitality-focused with majority of people in the city at any one time being visitors and tourists. Through work, you have little oppportunity to get to know people outside of your department. Different work schedules, titles and life sometimes gets in the way of meeting a really good person that could be a great friend. This organization allows you to disregard titles and just get to know other women.
